What I like about SVG is the company's culture. Everyone here has been so helpful and supportive since day one. I am really grateful for my team and for this company!
What I wish was different
I wish that the pandemic hadn't happened so that I could meet the people in my team! But that is something that was in no ones control because of the circumstances of covid.
Advice
After graduating last year in the middle of the pandemic, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was lucky enough to work with the recruitment team and am very grateful for the opportunity that Spring has given me! SVG has given me such a great experience with what a positive work place should look like - everyone here is very supportive and welcoming!
